I have been waiting for this day for so long!:)…well actually move in day was a few days ago but I am just getting to blogging this now! We have been in the process of renovating an almost 100 year old home in Halifax’s Hydrostone Market and it has been a long journey. We bought this house back in December and David has been working some long days to turn this house into our first little dream home. We have had quite the busy season of life lately… we were overseas shooting weddings right after we bought the house, then we came home and had our first baby, then wedding season begun and we started shooting our full season of 25-30 weddings. And on top of that, David has been building some seriously stunning harvest tables to rent to weddings and events all over the province! To say it has been a busy time in our lives would be an understatement. To say I loved every minute of it would be a lie;)… But we have so so SO much to be thankful for and we are so beyond excited about this next chapter of life as we live with our little family in the cutest neighbourhood in the North End!:) For now we would absolutely LOVE to take you on a little tour of our new (old) home! I hope to put some photos out soon once the rooms are styled and furnished but for now here are some photos of all David’s (and our super helpful families!! I can’t even count how many days Davids father Al was in there helping!) hard hard work!…At the end of this post I am sharing some ‘Before & After’ shots as well…because WHO in their right mind does not love some good ‘Before & Afters’….am I right? Thanks for reading guys!!:)
There may be a few random appearances….;)
Everly just happened to be napping (or not napping) in the nursery in her playpen while photos were going on!
