Congratulations! I am so excited that you are interested in choosing me to document your special day! I believe that choosing a wedding photographer is about so much more more than just hiring someone with a camera.
Your wedding photographer should be someone who makes you feel comfortable, someone who eases the craziness of the day, and someone who is able to anticipate and capture the unexpected intimate moments that take place throughout the day. The hug your mom gives you after she helps you into your gown. The tear that falls down his cheek when he sees you walking down the aisle. The way the two of you lean your heads together during the toasts.
This day is about so much more than the flowers and the shoes you chose. It’s about celebrating the start of a new family. Over the last 10 years, I have had the amazing opportunity to photograph over 200 weddings, and I don’t take it lightly. I am so honoured to be given the privilege of documenting such special moments in so many couples’ lives, and am beyond excited to hear from you about the potential of documenting yours.

She is super organized, creative and incredibly talented. But more than that, she (and her husband Dave) are two of the warmest and kindest people you’ll ever meet. Like most people, we don’t love having our photo taken but she made us both feel so relaxed and at ease. We would have been happy to have just a handful of engagement and wedding photos that we love but we have more than we can count that we call favourites. She captured our day beautifully and we couldn’t have asked for anything better.

Our experience with Candace and Dave was amazing. Choosing the right photographer for our wedding was extremely important to us. Not only are the photos themselves important, but the photographers themselves. Let’s face it, they are in your grill most of the day, so you really want them to be fun! Candace and Dave are two of the most genuine and cool people, and their positivity is contagious! Candace also gives such great direction and made us feel very at home in front of her camera. To top it off, our photos turned out GORGEOUS.
